“It was a busy night tonight for sure. I waited two hours plus for my food to be delivered and it came cold and missing items. I called and talked to a very nice and patient manager I believe her name was Jen. We knew this was not the norm for service and food cause I’ve been ordering for 8 plus years. “We were just dashing and ubering along. We picked up an order. Told my wife that it smelled really good. So we went back to check the place out. The restaurant is ran by the husband and wife very cute couple. Love the vibes that they bring to the restaurant. We ordered two soda cans and mozzarella sticks, fries with the side of BBQ. My wife ordered Chicago style hot dog. All the food was on top notch. It was served hot and well cooked fries it has skin on them. I love homemade fries. Will we go there again yes we will. Oh there is a dollar beer too and a gambling room. Kid friendly too. They got pictures to color on and they post it on the wall too so you know they are very appreciative when it comes to guest regardless if they are adults and children. All people are welcome. “For a bar in Fox Lake this place is pretty good. It's got plenty of beer and liquor, along with some basic food to go along with it. Lynn Catherine's is hilariously described as a deli: that's funny stuff. Come here to play some slots and hang. The prices are pretty good, but you wouldn't expect to pay much at a place such as this. After visiting the lake we came here. It's one of the many bars in town, located in the middle of downtown close to a few others. This place doesn't look like much, but has a good amount of indoor seating and there's a patio. Drinks are cheap. It's about $4 for a basic co*cktail like whiskey and whatever. Even though the food isn't impressive, it's not like it's bad. It's about $7 for shareables such as the Pretzel Bites. These were a little burnt, but not that bad to be honest. Good place for cheap drinks and food. It's popular with locals but it's a good place for anyone to stop into. There's also events like live music and whatever.“
