Won't be staying there again. Service person was impolite, left me stranded in the basem*nt.

Very good location 10 minute walk to city hall and the main town centre. Apartment was well equipped and had a spacious balcony with lovely views. There’s also a pool, spa and sauna facility which was nice to use.

Decent place to stay, just had some wifi issues and the equipments would use some up upgrades.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, only ten minutes' walk to Queen Street. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are easy to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking.

I couldn't close the window because of the window air conditioner. It was uncomfortable to hear the noise.I didn't use the washing machine because it was dirty. It was nice that the window was large and wide.

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights at The Astor Apartments. I had read very different reviews, a lot of them quite negative, so I was postively surprised. The apartment we got was very spacious and had all we needed - including a beautiful view of Brisbane from the 11th floor on the balcony of the apartment. The place was not the cleanest, but it was clean enough for us for the time we stayed.The pool on the 3rd floor was great☺️We liked staying at the Astor apartments and would recommend to others - the location was really good too, we could walk to most things in town (even with my 6-year old).

The customer service was good. Polite. Couch was old and torn seating at the back. Rusty bathroom fittings. Needs spare pillows and a fold out sofa. We listed 5 people and only bedding for 4 so had to have 1 on the couch.

We all enjoyed our stay at the Astor Appointments. Very clean, spacious and walking distance to Brisbane C xx bad, as nd Fortitude Valley. Will stay again if a trip in Brisbane presents itself.

Dining room chairs in very poor condition i.e. leather flaking off. Internal painting poor, looks like it has never been finished probably particularly in the living room.

We stayed this property few times, over all this property is little outdated but still very spacious and has balcony and free on-site parking so it is well valued. Although just this time, we had few issue in our room. All the sudden electricity went down and had to wait 2hours till Electritian came and fixed. Bathroom door knob was falling, second room door know was broken. And the sofa material was torn etc. I think they need to go through every room and fix everything first before advertising on the market.

The agency who handles the bookings for the apartments has no regards for customers personal situations and tragic events.

The only thing I don't like and it is becoming a trend is very limited reception hours. I've stayed at a few places now and frankly I don't like it. Otherwise the stay was goo, room was great so the accomodation part if fine.

Great value, very nice rooms. Although finding an acrylic nail on the lounge room floor was a surprise. However, the 2 $5 notes in the laundry lint filter kind of made up for it.I would stay again for sure, overall a quality property!
