The funeral will 1 be 7 tonight at United House of Prayer, with Pastor Gibson officiating.

Burial will be at Barber Memorial Cemetery. A native of York County, Mrs. Gist was a daughter of the late Tommy Biggers and Mary Biggers. She attended York County schools. She was a member of the United House of Prayer, where she served on the Queen Board.

Surviving are two sons, James Gist Jr. of Rock Hill and Dennis Mack Davis of Rock Hill; two sisters, Mattie Mae Hutchinson and Mary Biggers, both of Rock Hill; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five great-greatgrandchildren. A native of Bessy Lane, Mr. Jones was a son of Mary McCoy Jones and the late Fred Ray Jones. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He was a retired truck driver for Consolidated Freight Way. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Peggy M.

Jones; three sons, Tony Jones, John Jones and Paul Jones all of Charleston; two daughters, Donna McNalley of Rhode Island and Alycia Davis of Chester; two sisters, Jacqui Mason of Alexandria, and Freda Baxter of Vale, N.C.; and 11 grandchildren. A native of Richmond County, N.C., Dr. Peele was a son of the late Arthur Ray Peele and Effie Brewer Peele. He was a chiropractic physician. He graduated magnum cum laude from Chiropractic School at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. He was also a medical graduate from the University of Santa Domingo.

He was a member of Sisk Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Sybil Smith Peele; four sons, Frank Peele of Boone, N.C., Dr. Jeffrey Peele of Winter Park, Dr. Joseph Lee of Fernandina Beach, and Bryan Bennett of Chester; two daughters, Susan Peele of Fayetteville, N.C., and Kyndra Gainey of Fort Mill; two brothers, Dr. Charles Peele of Ocala, and Dr.

Shannon Lee Rice of 2344 Deerfield Drive was arrested on 15 charges, including four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two Shannon Rice counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
