If your workplace or establishment requires a designated SO2, he or she directly attended the 40-hour BOSH/COSH for SO2. SO1s are usually suggested for Micro and Small Enterprises or low risk categories while SO2s are required for MEDIUM and HIGH-RISK establishment.

The Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Safety Officer 1 (BOSH Training for SO1) is an 8-hour Occupational Safety and Health orientation with 2-hour Training of Trainers.
